We provide free months of hosting as compensation for unused months with other hosting providers to transferring customers. Free months will be provided upon receiving any proof of service cancellation with other providers such as a screenshot, official cancellation email or similar.
For our shared hosting service, you can receive up to 6 months of hosting depending on the billing cycle you sign up for. We will provide you with 6 months of free hosting on our 3-year plans, 3 months on our 1 and 2-year plans and 1 month if you sign up for our monthly billing cycles.
For our VPS and DS hosting packages you will receive 3 months of free hosting if you sign up for 6 months and 1 month of free hosting if you decide to go for the monthly billing cycle.
To apply for your free months of hosting, please submit a ticket via your client area to our Billing Department and they will assist you further.
